Terms of service

Short version: upload only your own export, we turn it into a context document, you pay once for the full version, and if something goes wrong we refund you. The details follow.

1. The service

ChatGPTToClaude (chatgpttoclaude.co) converts a data export from ChatGPT or Claude into a single distilled context document you can paste into the other assistant. A free tier analyzes your most substantial conversations; the paid product analyzes your full export. The service is provided by the operator of chatgpttoclaude.co ("we"), established in the European Union. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and payment

  • The full migration is a one-time purchase, priced by the size of your history: €9.99 (up to 100 analyzable conversations), €14.99 (up to 500), or €24.99 (unlimited). Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown before checkout.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store card details. This is not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel.

3. Delivery

Your document is generated immediately after payment, in the same browser session. The analysis is held in your browser's local storage across the payment redirect; if it is lost (for example, the browser cleared site data mid-checkout), re-upload your export in the same browser — you will not be charged twice. If anything fails, contact us with your Stripe receipt and we will make it right.

4. Refunds

If your document was not delivered, is materially defective, or simply is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. As an EU business we honor the consumer withdrawal rules for digital content; in practice our policy above is simpler and at least as generous.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Only upload exports of accounts you own or have the right to process.
  • Review the generated document before sharing it — it is distilled from your own conversations and may contain personal information you consider sensitive.
  • Do not use the service to violate OpenAI's or Anthropic's terms.

6. Disclaimers

  • ChatGPTToClaude is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI; Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Names are used to describe compatibility only.
  • Extraction is performed by an AI model. It is very good but not perfect: the document is a distillation, not a verbatim archive, and may omit or imprecisely summarize details. The free preview exists so you can judge the quality before paying.
  • The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under EU consumer law, or your statutory rights.
