Can I transfer my Claude history to ChatGPT?+

Why are people switching from Claude right now?+
Weekly usage limits. The Max plans advertise 5x and 20x more usage than Pro, but those multipliers apply to the 5-hour session window. Anthropic's own 2025 estimates put the $200 plan's weekly allowance around 1.7x the $100 plan, and weekly limits on Claude Code drop a net 17% on September 14, 2026. Many users now route overflow work to a second assistant.
Do I have to cancel Claude to use this?+
